My account

How do I change my account information?

To change your account details, click the Login/Register button and insert your email address and password.

Now you can change your account information, in MY ACCOUNT field.

How do I change my password?

Click the Login/Register button. Click Enter after typing your email and pasword. Then click I forgot my password. Type your new password twice, which will be confirmed through a validation key sent to your email.

If you prefer, you can click the Back button and choose another login option, such as receiving the quick access code via email, loging in through Facebook or through Google.

How do I recover my password?

The system does not allow password recovery, only setting a new one. If you have forgotten yours, click the Login/Register button, click Enter after typing your email and pasword. Then click I forgot my password. Type your new password twice, which will be confirmed through a validation key sent to your email. If you prefer, you can click the Back button and choose another login option, such as receiving the quick access code via e-mail, loging in through Facebook or through Google.

How do I add or remove a delivery address?

Click the My Account button and access My Addresses. You can include, delete or edit the delivery address.

How do I change my account email?

The email address is the only information the online store system does not allow to be changed. If you wish to alter it, please make a new account. This is also valid for emails which have been incorrectly registered.
